PUPA AGE REVOLUTION REVIEW

Yeah, yeah, I know, I’ve been a bad witch! I’ve been gone far too long from the world of blogging. A lot has happened in my life lately, but we’ll talk about that later. For now, in this post, I want to tell you about my two products from PUPA which I have introduced to my daily skincare routine.

Pupa Age Revolution Anti-Wrinkle Redensifying Cream (for Lip & Eye Contour)

As it says in the subtitle, this is an anti-wrinkle cream good for your eyes and lip contour. I only use it on the eyes, and may I say that I quite enjoy it. It comes in a little jar with 15 ml of product, which is more than enough, this stuff goes a long way. It absorbs into the skin really fast and it has a pleasant scent, which is kinda flowery leaning towards fresh.

My under eye area looks like crumpled paper, but since I’ve begun using this cream, I feel like the little wrinkles have diminished, not miraculously but there is a little change. I’ve had this since the beginning of August, and now we’re nearing the end of September. Yet, I’m not even halfway through this jar. It leaves the skin feeling soft and most important of all, it doesn’t affect the durability of your makeup.

I have a card at PUPA, and as my birthday was at the beginning of August, I had a birthday deal. I got 50% off of the most expensive two items I decided to buy. So instead of paying around 20 $ for this, I paid only 10.

Pros

  • Doesn’t fuck up your makeup
  • Diminishes wrinkles
  • Long-lasting

Cons

  • Slight fragrance which you may not like (I personally love it)

Final Grade

Full Moon

Pupa Age Revolution 3D Lifting Repositioning Serum (for Face & Neck)

A wonderful face serum which I have used twice a day for the past month and a half (except for when I forgot ’cause I’m a bad witch). Using my birthday deal I got this for about 13 $ instead of 27 $.

It comes in a 50 ml plastic bottle with a pump. Which brings me to one thing I don’t really like about it. It has no lid after you take the bottle out of the cardboard container, so you can directly push the button on top to get the product out. This gives me paranoia every time I travel with it, even though I never had this serum spill in my bag.

Another thing I do not like is the fact that it leaves a slight layer on top of the skin, which you do not see with your eyes but you can see it on your phone after you sweat a bit. However, it does not affect the quality of the makeup applied on top of it, it absorbs fast, hydrates really well and smells nice, just like the eye cream.

Pros

  • Very hydrating
  • Slight lifting effect in time
  • Long lasting  (one bottle will last you approximately 2 months)

Cons

  • Leaves a layer of product on the skin
  • The opaque container doesn’t let you see how much product you have left

Final Grade

Full Moon – It’s great but I’m not giving it a Full Moon with a Star because it’s not mind-blowingly great. I have seen several products just as good, can’t say it’s a Holy Grail product. The same goes for the eye cream.
